All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not offer refunds of any kind. All sales are final. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us at info@ministry-school.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review each case individually and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit.

This exception does not apply to buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.
