Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping

We ship within the United States via USPS Ground. Delivery times vary by destination but are typically 2–8 business days after shipment. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

International Shipping

International shipping is handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are located outside the United States and would like to place an order, please contact us at info@ministry-school.com before purchasing to confirm availability and obtain a shipping quote. We make no guarantees regarding international delivery times, customs clearance, or import duties. Any applicable customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Ministry School is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking information shows delivery but you have not received your package, please contact USPS directly.
